We make every effort to display our products, colours, images, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Depending on your screen, device settings, and lighting conditions, colours and appearance may differ slightly from the actual product.

Size information and measurements are provided as a guide. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

Products may be available in limited quantities and may sell out.

3. Orders

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the products contained in your shopping cart.

After placing your order, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, for example in the event of payment issues, obvious pricing errors, lack of stock, or suspected fraud.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the corresponding amount using the original payment method.

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or cancelled.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Any delivery times provided are estimates. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges depending on the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly collected by LALORI at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers in the European Union are additionally entitled to any mandatory statutory consumer rights, including the legal right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Our online store is operated through Shopify. Shopify provides the technical platform through which we offer our products.

However, contracts for the purchase of LALORI products are concluded between you and LALORI.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

LALORI is liable in accordance with mandatory statutory provisions.

To the extent permitted by law, any further liability for damages that are not caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct on the part of LALORI is excluded.

11. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, these General Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship with LALORI are governed by Swiss law.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected to the extent that they are legally applicable.

12. Changes to These General Terms and Conditions

We may update these General Terms and Conditions when necessary. The most current version will be available on our website.

As a general rule, the version in effect at the time the contract is concluded applies to the relevant order.
